Thank you for your interest in the Lincoln Community School. We offer
a warm and community like environment that welcomes new families with
open arms and a friendly approach.
Lincoln offers admissions to
all students who in the opinion of the school professionals can benefit
from its well-balanced and rigorous programs. Admission of students to
LCS is subject to the approval of the Admissions Committee who reviews
each applicant file once it is complete.
The following application documents are required before an application can be processed.
1. A completed "Application for Admission" form. 2. Completed medical forms (Immunization, Health information and Examination forms). 3. Confidential School Report form (To be completed by a designated official from your child's current/previous school). 4. Official transcripts (Grade 6 - 12) and Copies of 3 years report (Kindergarten - grade 5). 5. Admission information for students entering grade 9 - 12. 6. Admission information for children who have not previously attended school. 7. Copies of any standardized test scores. 8. Copy of student's passport or birth certificate. 9. A signed enrollment contract and Parent-Student-School Agreement 10. Payment of a $125.00 application fee.
Please
note that starting in the 2008-2009 school year, all students applying
for admissions at LCS will participate in an admission test prior to
being admitted.
