Hello! Welcome to Lincoln Community School. My name is Brenda Tenk, I am the
current PTO President of the school, and I am most happy to tell you about
how the LCS-PTO is organized.
The PTO Executive Committee is a voluntary position organized to support the
Lincoln Community School. One of our objectives is to provide support to the
Lincoln School Community through the spirit of volunteerism, community building
and fundraising.
For the past 2 years, the LCS PTO has been instrumental in the implementation of
some of the school traditions. In partnership with LCS school goals, PTO strives to
support the students at LCS the highest advantages in physical, mental
and social education in whatever ways we can help. The success of the PTO is
based on the participation of parents to help in all planned events. We
try to encourage more parents to get involved through, but not
limited to, the use of phone chains, emails, and flyers sent home to parents.
Due
to the energetic efforts of the PTO as well as the tremendous efforts of
parents we have been able to raise funds and support scholarships ,Prom
Committee, MUN, Theater productions, Graduation plaque, staff appreciation, ECC
Playground, etc.
Our school is packed with events and there are many ways to get
involved.Volunteering is open to
