Meet our team

Cynthia Davis Hall, Director of Advancement, is an experienced development and communications director within the field of not-for-profit foundations and NGOs. Prior to coming to Lincoln, she served on the board of the international IB school, Sturgis Charter Public School, in Hyannis, Massachusetts, for six years; she was chair of the Sturgis Resource Development Committee. She has worked as head of admissions and external relations for an independent elementary school, Nantucket New School, on Nantucket Massachusetts. Born and raised in the European Union, she speaks French and Italian fluently. Before working in development and communications, she spent twenty years as a free-lance commercial photographer, working for multinational corporations and international publications. CynthiaDavis Hall holds a BS in Italian Language from Georgetown University in Washington DC.

Seth Odei-Danso, who heads the admission program at LCS, has worked at the school since 1997 in a range of classroom and administrative capacities (e.g., teaching assistant, athletics/activities coordinator, administrative assistant to the registrar, and assistant to the superintendent). He recently completed Office of Admission studies with Independent School Management, a respected U.S.-based school consulting group. A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School in Accra, Seth holds a degree in management finance at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Amanda Opoku Amuaben, Communications and Alumni Coordinator, spent six years in Lincoln as a student and later joined LCS’ working community as a Counselling Assistant and Substitute for a bit. Amanda graduated from Eastern Mennonite University, Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication. She was recently the Foreign Correspondent of her family’s orphanage and has worked with Children and in the Public Relations and Administration field since 2008. She considers it an honour to give back to the community that raised her.


Kingsford Brown Dadzie, Website Coordinator and Advancement Assistant, has worked at LCS since 2012 as an ASA Instructor, ASA Supervisor, Bus Monitor, and Assistant Coordinator for the LCS Summer Camp.Kingsford holds a degree in Business Administration from Don Bosco University. In 2013, he completed his certificates in Specific Learning Difficulties from Teachers College (Ghana) and Education Studies Level 2 from the University of London. Kingsford is currently working on completing a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from Don Bosco, and intends to continue utilizing his skills in the LCS Advancement Office.
