We are sorry that you will be withdrawing your child from Lincoln Community School. We hope that you and your family's stay with us, whether for one semester or for many years, was enriching and rewarding academically, socially and emotionally.
To start the withdrawal process, stop by the Admission Office to obtain the Withdrawal Form, or print the required documents by downloading them here. Please allow withdrawal to go smoothly by starting the process early. Thank you for your help and understanding in this.

1. Obtain, complete, and submit a withdrawal form to the Admission office. Forms are available in the Admission office, or click the following link to download: Withdrawal Form. Timely completion of this form will alert the office to your withdrawal and will ensure that your documents will be processed as quickly as possible.
2. The LCS Admission office will send official transcripts and records directly to your child's new school. Please be sure to complete the postal address information on the withdrawal form.
3. Note: We are not able to release student records until withdrawal forms are complete and students have completed a check-out form available at the Pricipal's office.
4. Exit Interview (optional): Please conact the Admission Office to arrange an exit interview if you would like one. These interviews/ feedback, help us to continue to improve and strengthen our school.
