CynthiaDavis Hall, Director of Advancement, is an experienced development and communications director within the field of not-for-profit foundations and NGOs. Prior to coming to Lincoln, she served on the board of the international IB school, Sturgis Charter Public School, in Hyannis, Massachusetts, for six years; she was chair of the Sturgis Resource Development Committee. She has worked as head of admissions and external relations for an independent elementary school, Nantucket New School, on Nantucket Massachusetts. Born and raised in the European Union, she speaks French and Italian fluently. Before working in development and communications, she spent twenty years as a free-lance commercial photographer, working for multinational corporations and international publications. CynthiaDavis Hall holds a BS in Italian Language from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
Kingsford Brown Dadzie, Website Coordinator and Advancement Assistant, has worked at LCS since 2012 .Kingsford graduate from Don Bosco University with Bachelor of Business Administration and certificates in Specific Learning Difficulties from Teachers College (Ghana) and Education Studies Level 2 from the University of London. Kingsford is currently working on completing a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from Don Bosco, and intends to continue utilizing his skills in the LCS Advancement Office.
Amanda Opoku Amuaben, Communications and Alumni Coordinator, spent six years in Lincoln as a student and later joined LCS’ working community as a Counselling Assistant and Substitute for a bit. Amanda graduated from Eastern Mennonite University, Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication. She was recently the Foreign Correspondent of her family’s orphanage and has worked with Children and in the Public Relations and Administration field since 2008. She considers it an honour to give back to the community that raised her.
Frederick Welbeck, who heads the admission program at LCS, is an experienced recruiter with well-developed skills and experience in both local and international student recruitment as well as student management. He has worked in both the educational and recruitment industries for almost 6 years. Frederick graduated from Ashesi University College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business management. He was recently the acting senior admissions officer and member of the scholarship committee at Ashesi University. He is passionate about guiding students, helping them fulfill their professional and educational goals without being in a professor. His goal is to change lives, one student at a time.
