Dr. Dennis Larkin
Head of School
Dennis Larkin has worked in education for over 35 years, including nearly two decades in international schools. As an administrator, he has been consistently recognized for his excellent leadership in and contributions to the field of international education. Before coming to Lincoln as Head of School in 2009, Dr. Larkin was the Superintendent at Shanghai American School (SAS), where he oversaw expansion in both enrollment and the physical campus. Prior to heading SAS, he was Superintendent at the American International School of Riyadh and Middle School Principal at the International School of Kuala Lumpur. Other overseas assignments have included posts in schools in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India.
Cynthia Davis Hall
Director of Advancement
Cynthia Davis Hall, advancement director, is an experienced development and communications director within the field of not-for-profit foundations and NGOs. Prior to coming to Lincoln, she served on the board of the international IB school, Sturgis Charter Public School, in Hyannis, Massachusetts, for six years; she was chair of the Sturgis Resource Development Committee. She has worked as head of admissions and external relations for an independent elementary school, Nantucket New School, on Nantucket Massachusetts. Born and raised in the European Union, she speaks French and Italian fluently. Before working in development and communications, she spent twenty years as a free-lance commercial photographer, working for multinational corporations and international publications. Cynthia Davis Hall holds a BS in Italian Language from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
High School Principal
Jeffrey Eller has nearly three decades of experience in education with nearly 10 of those in international schools . He started his career in education as a classroom teacher at both the Middle School and High School level in the state of Washington. During his time in the US he earned both a BS (History) and a MEd (Educational Administration) from Washington State University. His first international post was with the International School of Latvia in 2007 where he taught IBDP History as well as serving as the Associate Director. Following that experience Jeffrey served as the Assistant Secondary School Principal / Technology Coordinator at the International School of Belgrade. He then joined Lincoln Community School in 2014 and served as High School Assistant Principal / IBDP Coordinator for one year prior to being selected as the High School principal
Director of Education Programs
Rebecca Caudill has a wealth of educational experience as a teacher, curriculum developer and administrator. She began her career in a public school district in the southern United States, and after 17 years embarked on her overseas adventure in Ghana, at LCS. Within the district she served as a special education teacher, reading specialist, PYP coordinator and administrator. Once at Lincoln, she spent four years as the PYP Coordinator and elementary Vice Principal before moving into the role of Director of Educational Programs.
Elementary School Principal
Julie Olson is an experienced school administrator who has worked as a teacher, a counselor, and a principal in schools in the United States and overseas. She came to Lincoln after serving as the principal in two elementary schools and one middle school in North Carolina in the U.S. She started her teaching career in second and third grade classrooms in Baltimore, Maryland, and has also served as a lower school counselor in Atlanta in the US and Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education, a masters degree in Counseling and a further masters in School Administration, and is working toward a doctorate during her time at Lincoln.
Middle School Principal
Megan Maher has worked for twenty years in both the U.S. and in international schools on three different continents. Megan started as a Spanish teacher near Washington, DC and then continued teaching world languages in Malaysia. She moved into school leadership as a Curriculum and Professional Development Director in Paraguay. Staying in South America, Megan served as Elementary Principal in Brazil. Megan holds an M.A. in Curriculum, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership. She is currently completing work on her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.
Director of Business and Finance
Michael Tetteh-Achim has over the past 17 years worked in various areas of Finance within both the private and public sectors in Australia, England and Ghana. Prior to joining Lincoln, Michael worked as the Head of Finance for the Population Health Division of the Australian Capital Territory Government in Canberra, Australia; Deputy Chief Accountant of USAID/West Africa; and as Finance Manager within the National Health Service (NHS) Trust in England. He also has a wealth of experience working in the private sector with British American Tobacco in Ghana, Barclays Capital in England and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Michael holds a Bsc Administration from the University of Ghana and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, UK.
Director of Human Resources
Louisa Mensah-Baah holds a B.A. Honors in Sociology and an M.A. in Human Resources Management. She has an excellent track record of over 15 years of Human Resources experience gained in various schools and corporate settings. She feels blessed to be a part of the team at LCS and is excited about making positive contributions to the school community. Louisa and her family have re-located from London.
